"My husband and I went in today to get our flu shots and were told we had to have our Medicare cards. I tired several times to explain that we have Humana Advantage and do not have regular medicare cards. The pharmacist came out and was very rude and told me to take my business back where I usually go. I went back to my truck and called Humana. They ARE contracted with Humana but we will never darken their doorway again.I filed insurance for 25 years but this business would NOT take 2 minutes to call and see why they could not get claim to go through! Went down the highway to Axtell and they got on the phone and resolved the issue with filing and were SO NICE and professional!"
