"The place is getting some construction done to it so this is being written with the prior building. Inside has limited seating, enough for a normal day but not enough for holidays when college students are booking out the trains. They have a service desk, I didn’t use it (used the app). A few vending machines and bathrooms."

"I absolutely love Amtrak. I don't have to worry about a thing. When I 1st started taking Amtrak, I got the seat on the 2nd level. However now I do business class. No stairs."

"Upgraded to business for a small fee. The lounge was a nice treat. The seats were spacious. There were delays because of freight trains having the right of way on the tracks. The employees were nice."

"Great experience this was my first time riding on a train . I traveled Coach class. Which was comfortable with plenty of legroom and a plug to charge my phone over head storage for carry on . I thoroughly enjoyed the viewing car & spent most of my time there. Met a few nice people on the train. Next time Id love to take one of the longer train excursions & get a roomette or bedroom there are pricey but if your doing overnight with children well worth it. I got on in New Orleans with destination Kansas city"
