"I think they gave a very fair buy back price. The store was well organized and clean, and had friendly staff. The only constructive feedback I have is that the pajama selection was lacking, at least in the size I was looking for (18 month). Overall it was a good experience, and I will definitely be a returning customer!"

"This place we have gone to plenty of times to sell our sons items and every time we have sold there it has been nothing but poor customer service the employees who work there seem as if they hate there jobs. I came in with a bag of my sons cloths that was Barly ever used and super clean yet to he told they couldn’t take it because of stains and how dirty it supposedly was. They tell me to bring in my stroller to have a look at yet to be told I need to take it back home and scrub it when the first employee said it looks great. Before the assistant manger. You’re better off selling to another place or donating the items if I could leave 0 stars I would. Bad customer service miserable employees."

"Today I came in to donate a container full of clothes. The majority of the clothes that I’ve brought in are practically brand new. This one girl that works there never gives you the money that your items are truly worth. The container that I brought in filled two and a half of the blue containers from just one container. She valued my clothes for only $100 dollars for filling 2 1/2 blue containers!!!!! After she tells me the amount that I will receive would be $100 I then looked at her and I said “For 2 1/2 containers?” She then precedes “Well because they are small items.” So I’m looking at her very confused. She then says Do you want your clothes back (not in a nice way). I never write reviews, especially when it comes to retail because I also work in retail, but I had to this time bc it’s happened before and it’s only when she is working. I didn’t get her name but she has long I think brown or brunette hair, and she wears glasses and also has brown tan skin. Someone may not have a talk with her, but at the end of the day I would like just like to be treat fairly that’s it. Thank you. Fiona Vine"

"I loved this store. Found so many clothes for my baby at a very good price. I also found a BRAND NEW Ergobaby baby carrier for $45. Online it retails for $200 or $140 when it’s on sale. Selling to them, now not so sure about that. I took some pretty nice clothes to them and they rejected them. But I mean for about 3 items I got $7. I will still keep selling to them though. Staff was very nice. I will definitely keep coming back."

"They are not as good as they used to be, They're buying a lot of old dirty shoes and it looks very disgusting. Not desperate enough to be bought and worn. Then to top it off the price is way too expensive for the kids. I will take myself to JC Penney or to Kohl's for my children."
