"This pharmacy used to be really good, but recently the prices went up as the service went down. It took 50 minutes for the tech to find a way to charge me for my prescription. Something’s wrong here."

"Pharmacy filled 1/2 of my 30 day prescription then told me I couldn't get the other 1/2 for 14 days. So doc says I get 30 day script. Pharmacist says only 14 days at a time? This is wrong. Been coming here for 20 years."

"I’m so IRRITATED & UPSET at the pharmacy’s handling my appointment to have a COVID-19 testing appointment !!!! First of all I took off work early to get to my scheduled appointment at 5:00 pm. When I got to the drive through window, I was asked a series of questions that I had already answered on the website, then after waiting 15 to 20 minutes, I was told I couldn’t be seen and was given some lame @$$ excuse of why they couldn’t do the test. Incompetence Is at an all time high nowadays. UNACCEPTABLE‼️‼️‼️‼️"

"Update - new manager changed my perception. She honored an outdated tag and was just extremely nice. The air feels lighter in the store now. Personnel definitely affects your experience. Beware all of a sudden the store manager doesn't follow corporate coupon policy. Will only accept one coupon per item regardless to what the coupon states. As long I a person isn't violating the rules, stop with the madness. Never had and issue until today. Went to another CVS and did the same transaction. No issue. SMH. Sometimes people in power abuse it. Update...the policy does state, Am I limited by how many items I can buy? There is no set limit however, store managers do reserve the right to set discretionary limits on specific items being purchased in order to ensure there are enough of those items for other customers." There was plenty on the shelf and it wasn't a sale item...oh well, will just shop at another store that actually wants to make money. I wasn't clearing the shelve."

"The WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Took 10 open business hours (not including having to wait overnight) to get my perscription transferred to this CVS, filled and given to me. I Kept calling to check on my progress and somehow I never was in the system every single time I called. It’s like I had to call them to make them do their job. Then after they finally receive my perscription the pharmacist calls me (the patient) asking for the doctors DEA # telling me to call my doctor to get it for them. So me being a CMA did it to hurry them up. Then after all the trouble turns out they never even had my perscription and I had to go to another CVS to get it. The Staff is rude and careless. Don’t come here."
