"Shout out to Natalie(?) who manned the Pharmacy by herself on Wednesday, 2/1/2023 winter storm day, when her other Kroger pharmacists and techs were unable to make it in to work. Not only did she save my husband a treacherous drive to the ER, she also allowed him to pick up through the drive through (which wasn’t open) for safety reasons, as he had already fallen on the ice getting to the car to drive there. It is much appreciated!"

"This place was horrible for months, but Natalie was out for an extended period and is back. Seems like things immediately got better when she came back. And there’s a new lady who always seems to be at the drive thru named Yesi. She almost makes the long lines worth the wait. She’s happy, friendly and helpful every time. So happy to see they seem to be recovering from some tough times and customer service has improved."

"Three times in the last couple of months we've driven up to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription during posted business hours to find the pharmacy closed. Today we went at 3pm when the posted hours say 10am-6pm. I even spoke to someone in the pharmacy at 11am to verify my son's medications were ready and said we would be up later to get them. Would have been nice if this person had warned us that they were closing early because now we cannot give our son his medication until after 11am tomorrow when they open (if they open on time)."
