"Easy enough after I first got a hold of somebody. Only one employee apparently right before I got there, but a couple others came in with me and went right to work. Note: went to retrieve some things and I'm sure they spray for bugs fairly often, but at the time I went out I saw numerous roaches. When I went back 2 days later I saw numerous dead roaches."

"We got over charged almost two weeks ago and I immediately called the local store. I talked to a nice young man named Alex and he contacted the DM and I was informed he'd call back in the morning! 2 weeks and 3 calls later from me and nothing from Anyone! They recorded our milage 3000 over what it was and didn't even record the correct return time which has resulted in uhaul trying to collect an extra $1400! Everything went so smoothly other than that. But over two weeks for a 1400 error on their part without any callback is unexceptable!"

"Scheduled a hitch to be installed on my vehicle. Asked if they would be able to shuttle me to work and back when it was scheduled they said yes. I had to get ride back. Then they didn’t even hv the hitch on it and still has to do the wiring. The guy said 2/4hours. They have had it since 9:45am. And it’s 2:30pm now. This is ridiculous customer service. Didn’t even act like he cared at all bout anything."

"Very nice, clean, and well lit. Alarm went off repeatedly but to no particular movement. Randomly, therefore I was a little bit nervous as it was loud and piercing. Never seen or heard police or security show up. So alarm was more irritating than helpful."
