My mom got lied to multiple times when buying her first car and we went in to see about getting a different one and was lied to once again and we were waiting on their bank to call back and they have yet to reach out to us. "Last night I had an appointment that I went to in macomb il upon arrival I was not greeted anything took 5 mins for someone to even speak to me and ask what I needed , so I was suppose to me Donald but was pushed on to someone else and I don’t even recall his name, however after getting all my info he presented me with a 2010 suv had no air conditioning and was so filthy I wouldn’t even put a dog in it I test drove it. It was terrible before placing me in this vehicle he said my other option was a very small car wich he knew I needed an suv. After returning from my test drive I told him there was no air and how terrible the test drive was he then test drove it like he didn’t believe me and then said well we only have one other option he put me in an equinox I asked so many questions and wich he had no answers to after telling him I loved it thinking I would sign for it or drive away in it he then tells me banks closed we will call you in the morning when we open and it can also be delivered. I fell in love with the vehicle and still have yet to get a phone call can I get some answers please?"
