"I just moved back to the Shiloh area , and bought a New Tradition homes house, I wasn't sure at first, because they were 20000.00 less the the builder across the street, but they were in the school district that I wanted to be in. I looked at several other new homes just to make sure, and I couldn't believe the quality and options that I was getting with there house compared to others. The realtor said they do a lot of upgrades that are standard, that you will pay for with the other builders, but they just don't allow a lot of customization. the builders did say that was spot on, and that was the reason he was able to offer the homes at such a lower price, they didn't need to have staff to manage changes and unlimited options( witch his house had more that any other builder close the the price range) . I am glad I when with New Tradition homes"

"I have been in a New Tradition homes house for 2 years now, and I just feel that after reading about the negative review I just seen I should post a review about my experience with New Tradition homes. they have always been good to my family and myself, if ever having an issue they jumped on it with both feet, and after looking at dozens of homes, we landed with them, we felt that they put more into their product than most builders, and tons of standard upgrades."

"The food is amazing. Price isn't bad. A place where you can get tomahawk steaks, and Rib eye to simple pub grub. The service is scatterbrained to put it mildly. Takes sometimes 10 mins from the time you order drinks till it comes and there is only two of us. But still doesn't stop us from a half hour drive to get the food. We just already know it will hapen."

"Our driveway was very obviously poorly installed and the builder continues to blame us for bad work, refuses to replace it despite us only being 8 months into our 1 year warrenty."
