"This pharmacy is the slowest and most disorganized location. The pharmacist is rude, medication is never ran through correct insurance and it’s just a shame that Lantana can’t get a better crew together for this location. I will not use this store for anything further."

"Come on cvs, get it together. All notifications set in the app and notifications are rare. Sometimes it's voice mail, some times it's text, but most the time NEVER, and not in ur portal!%#(. Relationships are built on trust, I don't trust you! And today they could not even figure out what they were doing. Checkout was awful and I didn't even get all meds they were supposed to give me. Another total fail! Keep up the great job."

"Lantana location pharmacy is inept. I gave them a printout with my name and prescription info. They never found me in the computer. Then they told me they only had my prescription in 60mg not 65mg, as was prescribed. I was told I needed a new prescription from my doctor. It was Friday at 5pm and I would have to go without critical meds all weekend. I called found out this prescription is not even made in 60mg. They had no clue. I finally had to go to CVS in Target in Flower Mound. They were friendly and efficient. They found me in the computer right away. I was told I have been in the CVS system for over eight years."

"Abigail is one of the WORST Pharmacist I have ever dealt with or spoke to! She is NOT at ALL Helpful and is BLATANTLY RUDE!!! She is horrible!!! She rushes you, doesn't listen, gives half answered answers then blames other people when things go wrong when it is her fault!!! She just finished telling me after being SO rude about everything else that the medication I was needing didn't have a coupon (Lyrica) I then told her - yes there is we have one on file! She then goes oh ya it's here - no apology, no empathy nothing! Just RUDE & Condescending!!!! Horrible service! I expected more from CVS!!!! Before her I've had nothing but great service but she is horrible!"
