"My debit card was compromised at this location. I reached out to them using the email posted at the car wash, which said I would have a reply in 24-48 hours, but did not receive a reply. Nobody answers the phone number posted. I did not ask for anything, only that they address the issue to prevent others from having to go through the compromised/replacement process. If they had responded I would feel comfortable with them. No reply means I will not go back, and I would not recommend to my friends."

"Excellent service! Used the auto car wash and it stopped during the middle of our wash. (An accident with the machine happened. These things happen.) The manager immediately came out and apologized. He had us pull around to one of the self washing bays and then proceeded to finish our wash for us. He made us stay inside while he did all the work. He washed our vehicle for almost 10 mins, rinsing off what the auto machine had left and then washing our vehicle again. He apologized multiple times and was VERY polite. We will definitely be coming back because of the awesome customer service! Thanks again Paul!"

"Tried to shampoo my carpet got chased off after maybe 10 minutes because I was taking up the device from other customers the attendants words (absolutely nobody was waiting for this machine) I'm assuming me pulling my seats out and off to the side set this guy off or something not sure who shampoos a cars carpet In 10 mins or less literally made me leave for using the equipment as Intended. Called there customer support they didn't do a damn thing that I'm aware of never heard a peep"
