"I was just on the phone with them and the lady spoke to me like a child, she acted like i didn’t say i needed an appointment! money was not the problem even if i have insurance, she wasn’t even listening to what i had to say so i will be changing my primary dentist. This is one of the few dentists in this area and i wouldn’t recommend."
"I would not recommend coming here. The office itself is extremely run down and outdated. Their practices and equipment is old school and looks like it hasn’t been updated in many years. They are lacking several basic tools that all other dentists I’ve been to have had. Their cleaning equipment wasn’t placed on a tray, rather it just sat on the chair. The cleaning process was scary enough, I’d be terrified to have a cavity filled here. Additionally, my dad complained about his teeth not aligning right when biting after the Dr. Mueller’s work and he invalidated him and wouldn’t fix it until we had to come back later in the day. This was my family’s first and last time coming here."
"I’d recommend this dentist office to anyone! I’ve struggled with dental issues for a while and haven’t been able to find a dentist that was affordable. They got me in quick and referred me to a surgeon to have 12 teeth pulled i just received my partial dentures today and i am over the moon i feel like a whole new person! Thank you so much Dr. Mueller I am very pleased!"
"The receptionist wouldn’t answer me whether or not they are taking new patients and if I can make an appointment. Instead she wanted to diagnose me over the phone and keeps on telling me about they don’t remove teeth and I told her that I don’t need any teeth removed. She then started to tell me well if your wisdom teeth need to be took out we don’t take those out either. Didn’t take long to see the attitude problems the Staff has! So here is another one star review"
