"So this is not the first time this has happen. On 2 different occasions I came home to my meds outside my apartment door! Mind you I live on the 3rd floor and I get off at 4am. Both times my meds where sitting outside by the wall face down. I don’t appreciate the fact that ALL MY INFO IS ON THIS BAG! This is not how your suppose todo people’s medicines! Had someone come across that bag they would have all my info and I wouldn’t have even known. Paperwork says that I must sign off on it. So who signed the meds these last 2 times? Nobody! Want to know why because I leave for at 5:00pm that’s why. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IT NEEDS TO STOP! I will be getting in touch with Cooperate about this as well. Identify theft has already happened to me an I would not be happy if it happens again! So next time y’all want to leave people’s meds out better think twice!"

"I've only dealt with this Pharmacy mail wise. I have received my mail or prescription in a timely manner with great success. Although you have to watch for the FedEx an or woman because they're only going to stand at your door for 5 seconds and then they're gone. So if you're disabled that makes it very difficult for somebody to get their meds. As far as the pharmacy I have had great results. They call you before they send it out and confirm with you that it is going to be headed your way, and then they call you and my sugar that you have received your meds. I love that. Great job!"
