"I when today to get some shoes for my daughter. Instead of helping me they start talk trash about me to another Employee. They thought I was not listening."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff is rude and unhelpful - 2nd time I was told to process my return (with a receipt) at Foot Locker. This time I asked why she couldn’t go it and she said fine she will and called her manager over. No explanation why she couldn’t in the first place but just said you can do this at Foot Locker vs the kids store. Definitely won’t be buying from them again."

"Horrible customer service. The employee walked away from me mid sentence. When showing her a shoe was showing in-stock she gave me attitude saying it’s not and that her system was more updated then online. How am I supposed to know that your system is not up to date? What’s the point of online if it’s wrong? All 3 of those girls in there looked mad to even be there. In addition they didn’t answer their phone prior to our arrival. We tried two times, just to make sure the shoe was in fact in stock."

"Clean & organized store. Bad customer service. Employees are unhappy, unfriendly & unprofessional. Chloe R. was the cashier who checked me out she did not greet me when I entered the store, did not thank me for my purchase. My reservation was selected online and the app was very easy to use. Highly dissatisfied with in-store treatment."

"Straight rude and condescending. I go into the store to exchange a shoe my son got for his birthday and as soon as I tell them I don’t have a receipt she sighs and says” you can but you will get what ever the lowest value is” I agree with her since I didn’t get a gift receipt. Snatched my ID and pointed the shoes are over there. So I saw some she said I couldn’t get because it had a release date I had no idea what that was until she said you can’t return the shoes I said yes I’ll just pay the difference. Goes off saying release date again which again no idea no explanation. I ended up getting the same pair but size up shoes are great service was garbage."
