Even gave us some advice and assistance to help recover the cost of the repair when we returned to our home state. "My family spent the past week in Central Arkansas and on the way home to Wisconsin, (2 hours to go), I experienced a sudden loss of power with the engine (misfire / spark plugs, cold pack and wires). I immediately became sick with anxiety as I had my wife and four kids with me, and now we were possibly stranded. I was able to stop at a near by rest stop near Paw Paw, Illinois on US HW 39N. I had no idea what I was going to do, I didn't know where to go or who to call. It was a Saturday at 6:00 pm. I was refered to Tony's Mobile Auto Service by a local parts retail store. I was able to describe what I observed with the van over the phone and Tony was exactly what I needed to put my mind at ease. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone, he even ordered the parts for me at a near by parts store and came to our rescue. There was no crazy parts fees and no mark ups, I paid for the parts outright at retail cost. Tony gave me a few hour window as he was currently on another call. He arrived an hour early, having me only wait 45 min which made the family happy. He had the tools he needed and the job was done within 30 min. Tony and his partner were extremely professional, knowledgeable, prepared and fast. This may have been just another job for them, but for my family, it was a blessing. "It's incredible enough just to find a responsive mobile mechanic, and Tony's Mobile Auto Service redefines what it means to go above and beyond. He's knowledgeable and communicative, he prices fairly, and most importantly, he values honesty and integrity above all else. I was broken down at a rest stop in a beast of a vehicle, model year 1989, after a faulty starter set off a Rube Goldberg machine of mechanical issues. Anthony did everything from calling other mechanics (including the one who had last serviced my vehicle) to help diagnose, to arranging the tow truck, to coordinating with a buyer when I ultimately decided to sell my vehicle. His associate John was also incredibly communicative and prompt, and even offered to run to a convenience store for me if I needed things. Both of them were also meticulous about proper Covid safety protocols. Anthony talked me through my options every step of the way, he always made sure I approved something before ordering a part or working on a repair, and he never charged me for anything unexpected. Getting the job done right and delivering what he promises is his top priority, and I can't thank him enough."

"Tony's Mobile rock's! He is probably the best auto mechanic I've ever used. He loves what he does and it shows in his workmanship. He can work on any vehicle. He's installed brakes on my Volvo, rebuilt my daughters Jeep front suspension and replaced the engine on my wifes Terrain. He is conscientious and even follows up after the repairs. I use to do most of the work myself, but since I started using Tony I won't lift a wrench. His rates are unbeatable and he comes to your house! It's like having your own personal mechanic."
