"Call him up to ask a couple of questions about my car and he was very rude to me on the phone. I asked him if he charged for estimates and he said what the hell am I looking at exactly, I told him the brakes mainly, he told me estimates vary and he still didn't know what the hell he be looking at, I just said thanks for the info and hung up. Not very professional when talking like that to someone that coulda been a potential customer"
