"Horrible experience. My son had to get some fillings on his molars, so we decided to come here. Bad choice. First of all they didn’t numb him enough, so when he came out of the office he was crying because he was in so much pain. Second, the lady who takes care of all the insurance, and payments was extremely rude to me because I didn’t have $500 to pay for the work that day. About a week later we got a nasty letter from them saying they refuse to finish the work on my son’s teeth, because we obviously don’t care and are being neglectful. We have very good insurance. They don’t have any compassion. These people only care about money. Do not take your kid here!"

"An excellent facility, incredible staff and very skilled dentist. No one was willing to help my 4 year old daughter. She needed 2 extractions. She is a very difficult patient. They didn't even bat an eye and gave her the care no one else was willing to give. I highly recommend, and thank u so much!"

"If you have Dental Dental, you’re royalty to them. Any other insurance is scum between their toes and their office staff will let that be known. They’re extremely hard to work with and rude. As far as a dentist goes, Dr. Johnson was great with our son, but has since retired and now that they’re down to one dentist you’re looking at 6+ months before getting in. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere simply based on their office staff."

"My son needed his two front teeth pulled, right in time for Christmas! He was nervous, as to be expected but the Staff was amazing explaining everything to him. He wanted me to go back with him which I am glad I did not because I think I was more anxious then him! He came out with a smile stating he didn't feel a thing! He did feel the numbing medicine but said that was it. He was more traumatized by me pulling put his loose teeth then going go the dentist! All smiles from here! Thank you to the wonderful staff from the reception, to the hygienists and doctor! You have made him feel so much better! Would highly recommend."

"Just a heads up for those of you looking for special needs pediatric dentists, do NOT use Dr. Jeffrey Johnson. We waited months for this appointment and my son had a meltdown on the way home. He informed me he was held down (consistent with the broken blood vessels and scratch on his neck) by the dentist’s hand being placed on his neck. I spoke with the nurse who said only his hands were held down and the doctor was stern with him but never held him down. I was not allowed to go with him despite filling out medical history and discussing my wishes with staff to be called back as soon as he asked. I feel awful I put my son through all of this and would’ve pulled the plug had they come to get me."
