"No one ever answers the phone, no one ever calls back if you leave a voicemail. I've been leaving voicemails for months with no call back. Finally got someone to answer and they referred me to another facility as they didn't have any openings for 8+ months. The other facility said they need a referral from Park City so I called Park City back to have them send the referral. Park City said they would call me back and let me know it was sent. Not only did I not get a call back but they never sent the referral to the other facility. Do not recommend."

"I’m highly disappointed in them. My oldest has been going there since one and she’s 7! My youngest had her first appointment we were late but one was at 11:00 and one was at 11:30. Time mix up, but the rude receptionist said they couldn’t be seen! Why couldn’t one be seen if the other one already missed hers not it was still only 11:20!! My kids will not return and they also double booked us from start! Then was rude when I called back after the voicemail I had. Highly don’t recommend!!!!"

"I love the staff and Dr. Patel, they see 10 of my kids plus 1 grandchild. I have never had trouble with any of the staff. My kids have been patients of Park City Dental in Rockford since 2015. Not sure why people are writing bad about this office. They are great with kids and always keep me happy. I know they are pretty busy but they try to get you in if they have any openings."

"Laurie the "manager" is the rudest person I have ever spoke to she constantly interpreted me while I was speak and also violated my kids hippa privacy laws twice I have been painfully working with them for the last year to get my children's teeth fixed each time the experience is the same.changed their insurance and everything. And then canceled my daughters surgery because i asked to speak to her higher up. She sent the wrong contact information to the hospital and by doing so violated their privacy rights. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could just for Laurie. She is representing your business very poorly."

"Very unprofessional and rude. Was called today explaining that my boyfriend wasn't confirming the appointments for daughter and the person stated "he can take 3 minutes to answer a text" after I explained that it was fine that they were calling me due to him working 12 hours shifts. The same person then called me back later today stating that because they were given a 1 star review by my boyfriend, they wouldn't be seeing daughter as they are "uncomfortable" seeing her because of this review when it wasn't even bad, just simply explaining the lack of decency at this dental facility."
