"Dr. Lunken is very judgmental, unprofessional and rude. She lectures you in a room off the waiting room for the whole waiting room to hear. There is no door and it is a small clinic. She has done this twice now. I would not recommend establishing care here. I have never had such experience in a healthcare setting. As a nurse myself I am appalled at how unprofessional she is."

"Dr Dina Lunken’s staff is very kind However I found Dr Lunken very condescending and unprofessional.. I was very disappointed in how she spoke to me and my grandson. I will be reporting this unprofessional behavior. When I picked up my grandson at school he didn’t know I was taking him to the dentist he became upset and said he didn’t want to go. I reassured him it was just for a cleaning and he wouldn’t be there long. I was a little surprised by his reaction.. Once he was done I was asked to step in another room and that he would be out shortly. Dr Lunken came in and I introduced myself, she did not introduce herself called me the grandmother. She started out very condescending when describing his oral status with me… now if her demeanor is this bad maybe it’s time for her to retire. She didn’t know she was speaking with a nurse. And whenever my grandson tried to answer her questions she would cut him off. Well Dina, I hope you don’t treat other families this way."
