"Great atmosphere, the staff was friendly and helpful plus they walked me through the process. I explained to them over the phone how much pain I was in and they got to me in a very timely fashion!! They even pulled my tooth the same day,...I'll admit that I'm one of those who shy away from going to the Doctor or Dentist but they made my visit there a pleasant one. "I had a broken tooth and needed to find a new dentist. After spending a lot of time looking at reviews of dentists in the area, I decided to contact Lifetime of Smiles to see if I could get an appointment. I made the call on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment to evaluate what I needed to have done the following Monday. Much to my surprise, a little later that day I received a call from Lifetime of Smiles letting me know that there had been a cancellation and I was able to see the Dr. Pat the next day, Friday. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was in the office and Dr. Pat and Jenna were able to assess what need to be done to save the tooth. Dr. Pat spent the time to explain my options for what needed to be done, and scheduled me for the first procedure the following Monday. He and Jenna did an excellent job making me as comfortable as possible during the procedure and I received a follow-up text the next day making sure I was doing OK, and even a call from Dr. Ed checking on my experience and make sure I was doing well. The 5 Star reviews I found on their site are for real, and I am happy to add my review as another 5 Star experience."
