"Food and service were okay. Ordered soup, it was tasty, but barely warm. Other items ordered were average bar food. Very loud, even though there were only 3 other tables in the place. Unfortunately it seems like this place has fallen on hard times. Football Sunday and only 2 people at the bar. I'm sure it doesn't help that they can't get their hours correct. Tried to order food at 7:05pm on a Sunday, and was told the kitchen is closed. The very large printed hours on the door stated the kitchen is open until 8:30pm on Sunday. Hard to stay in business when you can't even follow your own hours."

"I have always loved rookies and i understand nowadays places are understaffed but me and my boyfriend went and sat outside and got there at 6:05pm to be exact, we waited until 6:35 until he decided we are leaving. We never once say a waitress, no menu, no water nothing it was like we were invisible. I don’t mind waiting 10-15 mins but 30 mins is ridiculous. It’s normally a long wait for service and food but never have waited that long. I haven’t been there in a while for that exact reason and decided to try it again to find out nothing had changed it has gotten worse. The food is super good but the service needs improvement."
