"After a few years of patronage, I have to honestly say how disappointed I am with this company. It has really gone downhill. I've come to the conclusion that the owner is quite a joke and a borderline prick that does nothing to better his practice. I have witnessed quite a few times while going in to pick up prescriptions how some of the employees are lounging on the floor while playing on their phones, instead of doing their job. The owner is very complacent and obviously has a difficult time enforcing proper discipline with these employees. Yet he will reprimand other employees in front of his clients who are actually the best employees they have. This leads me to believe that he's probably benefiting from sexual favors to not want to take appropriate action. The facility has become absolutely disgusting. I can pretty much guarantee by the look of things that the owner is more worried about his financial gain or loss than he is the well-being of his good employees. I will no longer be using this pharmacy as my own. I am quite disgusted."

"I have been a long time customer several years at Krum. They continue to refill meds I am no longer taking. I have called and told them many times to take those out of their system, but it doesn't change. Now, I have been out of an important prescription for over 3 weeks. I have come by in person and called 3 times to get this resolved. The young girls that work here doesn't care. A pharmacy has to have the A Team always!"

"Friendly, courteous and helpful. They called my insurance for me and sorted out an issue with a prescription from my doctor so that I could get a prescription at no cost instead of 80% out of pocket. Some of the younger corks could use customer service lessons, but they are young and learning. In pretty certain that the example set will lead to great skills all around."
