"Just had knee surgery and was trying to get a pain med script filled. They don't honor my insurance so I was fine paying out of pocket. I can not physically leave my house right now so I was gonna send my husband over to pick it up with my ID. I was told very rudely they will not be filling my script bc they don't know me, my husband or my Dr and there are too many red flags regarding this . I asked him what he meant by that. Told me ( no yelled at me )there are too many red flags and i could just be someone trying to score pain meds. I had to yell at him to get him to stop talking so i could try and explain the situation. I told him I just had knee surgery and I'm sitting here in pain just trying to get some relief. He said no I'm not gonna fill this. I said fine and hung up. I called my Dr and they proceeded to call them, needless to say they will no longer be receiving any business from my Dr's office due to their treatment of their patients. I am not a pain pill seeker and I understand that there are people out there that are but I have never been treated so rudely."
