Everyone was professional and friendly which made me feel very comfortable. I will be going back soon to pick up my new glasses. I hope it is just as good as the first time I was there. My experience with doctors and staff at the Pinckneyville, Murphysboro, Carbondale and Marion offices, and the surgery center in Mt. Vernon are what I have based my rating of 5 stars. My time is as valuable as anyone else's but I know individual needs vary patient to patient. There is no way the scheduling staff can compensate for that. I might have taken more time than necessary on some office visits but I have ALWAYS felt I was given what ever time was necessary for a through exam and the time to understand what the doctor was saying. I highly recommend the Marion Eye Center for any optical need or condition."
