"If you have insurance make sure you call ahead of time. If they’re “too busy” they’ll refuse to put your information in at the counter. I’ve never experienced this at any pharmacy and unfortunately my insurance has a partnership with CVS. I can’t wait to switch so I won’t have to deal with this."

"I was released from the ER and went to pick up my meds, I didn't have my ID so they sent me home to get it. I live less than a mile away. When I returned the metal gates were closed and they refused to help me because it was a few minutes after closing. I got to suffer in pain all night long because of her disgusting behavior. She knew very well I was coming back. I hope she stubs her pinky toe on her dresser every night for eternity. If I wasn't boxed in by my insurance, I'd never return here. Stay away from CVS"
