"Went to the faimily dollar and bought 2 fans….the fans didn’t work so I took them back for a refund…they told me no refunds I can only exchange…I asked to show me the policy and they showed me a very very small sticker on the box…they told me to take it up with corporate and to make it worst the cashier was laughing about it as I was leaving….I DON’T RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING ELECTRONICS FROM THEM…No Refunds on your money spent there"
"Hi I sent my son to this family dollar to get some Soymilk , some clear fruit and a box of jimmy dean breakfast sandwhiches. His sister also wanted something to drink and a bag of chips. He just reported to me that the manager he was kinda young decided to harrass him about his bookbag that he brought up there to put the things he bought from you guys in his bag. He said he was accused of stealing or atleast attempting and that before he left his sister wanted him to read her off the chips prior to their phone call that they were having, he said when he grabbed his bag and ran to the chip aisle the manager came to address him again. My son told him he was about to leave and that he was just reading something and the man kept going about the bookbag to the point where my son left the store. I sent him there with 45 dollars cash so he had no reason to steal. I just wanted to address the fact that my son never steals from the store and I just don't like that."
"This Family Dollar location is by far one of the worst I've ever seen in the St. Louis area! This store was and is an absolute mess. As you'll see from my photos, there were clothes and shoes strewn about all over the place. Items were mismatched and not in their proper homes. The floors are cracked and peeling and falling apart, not to mention the fact that these issues are incredibly hazardous to the public! Also, there were carts of product blocking the aisles so that one could not safely and easily pass from one aisle and section to another. These carts, too, were problematic because they could also cause extreme hazards. This location should absolutely be ashamed of itself. So many items were completely disheveled. And I think I've said enough, now. Just look at my photos for proof of everything I say! You'll see that everything I say is true. My opinion is purely objective."
"If I could give a half of star I would. Never have any bags and the cashiers are ghetto and rude. One cashier had her girlfriend in there sitting behind the counter with her. On their cell phone while waiting on customers. I just left out of there and the cashier was rude! There system kept going down and after running my card she says “you got cash my system down” in a very dry rude manner. My mom just left her stuff on the counter. Very poorly managed."
"I was just in this store a minute ago. 6-19-2018 its about 7:40pm. The cashier was extra rude. No hello, thanks or come again. The only words she spoke was to tell me the total of my items. I don't like patronizing places that act like they could care less if you're spending your money there or not. It's a shame."
