Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

"Gave it a try, and won't be back. Car was left with spots due to soap not being rinsed off all the way. The tire cleaner or shine (whatever it is supposed to be) gave my tire sidewalls a brown/orange color. Not sure if they were sticky after the wash and dirt stuck to them or what happened, never had an issue or such a poor experience at any of the several other car washes I've been to. I had to re-wash my car and really scrub the tires to get off the cleaner from Tidal Wave. Avoid this one, any other car wash in town is 100 times better, at least you won't leave those car washes in worse shape than you went in."

"I love this car wash friendly Employees and great service. I've been going here now for 3 months and for only 1.60 a day the 50.00 wash is not Expensive and when snow on the ground it's 2 times a day so who ever think this place is over the top money wise is crazy the first few times my new car hit it didn't get it done but after a few times everything looks sex and great in my opinion best cars wash for cheap"

"This place is nice, albeit a bit expensive. The only downsides I ran into were: not having good/spotless drying in the back of the vehicle, tire muck still present, and a few stuck on bugs. Otherwise, I love the free towels and surface/glass cleaner provided. Good suction on the vacuums, too. The manager was super nice and engaging; I think her name was Sam. I just wish there was a Tidal closer to me ☹️ because it's nice to have the option to wash whenever if you have the membership!"

"I wish I could give a negative 1 star. I went out Wednesday got a car wash. I know that the tire black comes off so when I got home I cleaned the sides of my white car. Thursday we went down to Macomb to have lunch with my granddaughter. We got home late and Friday morning I checked the car. There was black spots all over each side. Well the tire black didn't dry at all. So I went out to Tidal Wave to get a free wash. The manager said I left the property, so no free car wash. Well I thought it should be dry after sitting in my warm garage all night. What it comes down to you can't leave the property until the tire black dries. Ha! Ha! Check out the photo of my white towel after cleaning off the tire blacking."

"Love this car wash. Love having the air compressor nozzle with the vacuum. Makes for a really clean car. My car looks new, and I have not even put the upholstery shine on it yet. Love the towels and surface cleaner available in the vacuum area as well. Welcome to town and thank you for choosing Clinton. ❤️"
