"I scheduled an appt over the phone and was confirmed to be at the store at 610p. When I got there, the girl who was working was rude and first words were “I close at 6.” She wouldn’t even let me ask who confirmed my appointment and went ahead and finished helping the other two people before me. I called back and asked why they set me up for an appointment if the store closes at 6 and the lady I spoke to said they close at 7. That was the second time today someone told me they closed at 7p. I’m not sure what the problem is with the communication, but it needs to be fixed in the most professional manner."
