"My 17 year old just had wisdom teeth removed all 4! We went to this office on snow storm of the year recently to have the surgery. Everything went perfect. Dr.Alt had perfect chair side manners and talked with my son for at least 15 min to help my son choose anesthesia or not. Surgery went great recovery went great! "Dr. Alt is the best! I've had 3 surgeries done by him and gmhave taken my husband and daughter there. I will nit go to any other oral surgeon. He explains things in a way it is easy to understand and the wait is longer than the procedures. Wait is not even long so in and out. He did not critique the idea that I only do liquid medication and had no issue with that like other doctors do. Highly recommend Dr. Alt"

"I have unfortunately had to see Dr. Alt three times (wisdom teeth removal and two other extractions years later). All I heard from anyone was that I was going to have to wait for weeks turning into months. The last two extractions were done in two days and seven days (seven days was my doing because I wanted antibiotics to be in my system longer than the one day that the receptionist wanted to book my appointment). I have not one complaint with the whole operation. Today the extraction took less than five minutes. It took longer for the lidocaine to take affect than the procedure."

"Have called several times with a referral in order to schedule an appointment for teeth removal for my son. The lady who answered the phone each time was rude and not willing to help in any way. When I asked if she could look up my sons insurance to see if they accepted it or not she said she didn’t have time. She asked what teeth my son needed removed and I said I wasn’t sure but I know it was a lot. I told her all of the info should have been in the referral my dentist sent over to them. She replied I would need to have that info as well and then call back later. Her responses to my questions were impolite, rude, and extremely unhelpful/unprofessional. If I were able to leave less than one star I would have done so."

"Dr. Alt's secretary got me in right away due to a bad infection and cancellation...I loved the non hospital look of the Victorian style home and patient rooms, made you feel at ease...Dr. Alt was amazing, explained everything that could go wrong due to the infection and how to proceed if they did...different options, but turned out nothing went wrong at all...it was the smoothest and least painful dental procedure I have ever had done and very quick too! I will definitely go back if I need an Oral Surgeon again!"
