"I can't say enough about Dylan. We were involved in a terrible accident just south of Pearl City. Dylan happened to be at the intersection with his tow truck and asked if we needed a tow. Having just moved here, we had no idea who else to call, so we said yes. He drove us all the way home while towing our demolished car and brand new trailer, helped me unload the trailer at our house, and then stored the wrecked car in a secure location. The next day, he let us in to retrieve our remaining belongings from the car. Super nice, professional guy."

"Had a truck break down that is oversized in every way possible, big tires, over 6" lift, is a crew cab with 8ft bed etc. They guys came out to see if my truck would fit on a flatbed and it wouldn't and I was not shocked lol. I didn't expect them to stop by to even check while my husband and I were fixing the truck to possibly make it drivable the 2 blocks home. They offered us any tools they had and if we needed anything else to call the shop no problem. Its nice to see good guys want to take care of you even if they can't tow you. We did get it home safely in the end and if I ever need other vehicles towed in the future would definitely give them a call first."
