Walmart Pharmacy

"They always mess up our prescription. Our vet won’t even call them to refill things because they are so bad. The drive through sounds nice but you are better off just paying cvs to deliver your meds."

"My first and last visit to this WalMart pharmacy. Called at 10:08am, verified with pharmacy that my doc had called in my single prescription and that it was in stock. Advised I was just around the corner and would be in very shortly to pick it up. Went shopping for an hour to give them time..Walked into pharmacy and hour and a half later and they had not even started on it. There is no one else waiting on pharmacy so I stupidly think I'll be there just a few minutes. Finally, a full 2 hours (and a phone call to the store manager) - I finally get my ONE prescription filled. Additionally, instead of apologizing, they were rude and wanted to tell me about their "policies." I told her to "save it - I won't be back here - ever." I had told them I was in pain and needed to get home right when I got there. Apparently, that was totally my issue. Btw, I was filling a diabetes med. I treat pain w holistics. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone until or unless they can get their act and attitudes together."

"The staff and the pharmacist need to be trained in customer service because they are so rude. The older anglo pharmacist along with everyone there always gave me a hard time when I would go pickup my prescriptions. The older anglo pharmacist asked why did I not take chemo medication. I told her your not my doctor. I finally got tired and went to HEB. No issues with the new pharmacist"

"I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and I have zero complaints. Their staff is really nice. The pharmacists are really nice and professional. My prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner. I would never use another pharmacy!"

"I advise you to avoid this location if using their drive up service. It took 30 minutes and multiple calls to the main store line before a manager had to physically come outside to help me get ahold of the pharmacy to assist me. They said the pharmacist was in the bathroom so they couldn’t help anyone, which included not answering calls. While the manager Gloria who is not associated with the pharmacy was very polite and apologetic she is unfortunately not representative of the pharmacy. The main store will absolutely retain my business because of her excellent customer service but the same cannot be said for the pharmacy"
