"My friend is terrified of dentists and dental work. They let me accompany her in the exam room. The root of her tooth was curved, making extraction extremely difficult. Also, novacaine has little effect on her making extraction extremely painful. Clayton was very patient with her, stopping whenever it became too painful and administering more novacaine often. It took an hour of this to finally get the tooth out. He didn't rush her or make her self-conscious. He took his time and let her lead. I will be going here for my next dental visit."
