"Never have stock. I have been there 3 different times for phone accessories and they never have them. Been a us cell customer for over 20 years but I have to go to my local Verizon store or order because this store doesn't carry anything but bad attitudes!"

"Very poor coverage area. Most places I have little or no internet or telephone connectivity. For months we have tries to work with tech support to solve the issues. Still no solution. I decided to switch to another carrier in hopes of getting better service elsewhere. Us cellular is somehow unable to release and unlock the phone (even though all of the bills are paid - I have the receipts). Multiple calls to us cellular have proven to be a scavenger hunt, as each rep asks for obscure info that requires me to look for it and call back. This is far past getting old. I would not recommend this outfit to anyone."

"I dropped my old phone and it stopped working so I went into the store to get a new phone. Sales rep told me I could my old Samsung Galaxy S8 upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S20 free. Sign all the paperwork get it running and confirmed multiple times that it was free of charge, no hidden charges and each time the sales rep assured me. Come to find out right after I leave the store it was not free it was put as a charge of $250. The people who work at US Cellular are cheats, I hope no one else has to deal with that sort of practice at a store."

"This afternoon I dropped and cracked my phone screen. I dreaded going to the galesburg location to get a new phone. My last visit at the galesburg store 2.5 years ago was not pleasant to say the least. However, tonight I was greeted immediately by Ray Jennings, the sales manager. He was so kind and informative about all of my options. He had a trainee (named Christian) tag team and they both went above and beyond to get a new phone for me. They were both extremely knowledgeable of the products and services they can offer. But above all that, they were both so kind. It made my otherwise dreaded visit from a bad past experience a breath of fresh air. Thank you Ray and Christian for your excellent customer service. You are both stars! I hope US Cellular appreciates you both and treats you both well."

"The manager of the store, April, deserves a pay raise! While we were there getting new phones there were probably 10 customers and she was kind and helpful to all of them! As for our specific experience, she was training someone (who was also very kind, I just never caught his name) and they were still able to efficiently move us through the process of getting our new phones. We had a lot of questions and they patiently answered all of them. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this location!"
