"This place is absolutely disgusting. I’m visiting family from out of town and wanted to check it out. Animals are in small cages, missing limbs, dead, and absolutely filthy. How has this insult of a pet store not been shut down yet?"

"I think the hearts in the right place. Emotionally the animals are cared about. I do think there comes a time to step back and focus on the animals rather than keep adding. Constructive criticism not an attack. Use other small pets stores, groups, and rescues to further educate on animals too. I think the kids Saturdays are fantastic and help people to learn. There's always ways to do better!"
