"1. Not a large selection of glasses. 2. Selection they do have is ugly and outdated and glasses on display were dirty. 3. Dr and staff have no personality or bedside manners. Rude from walk in to end. Front desk women chit chatted under breath about people in store. Employees at a funeral home interact better with customers. 4. The faucet in the exam room was disgusting. It looked like its hasn’t been wiped down in years. 5. Very old equipment. 6 Equipment was NOT wiped down between uses. I know for a fact as I was in the room with previous patient, then my turn. Nothing was wiped down with alcohol wipes. This was a location of convenience, I will continue to research for a better provider."
"I had a great experience here! They got me right in, tested my eyes; listened to my concerns and helped me get the best deal I could! Currently waiting for the glasses to be made."
"Pretty good over all. Everyone was friendly and helpful. But like most eye glass places I have ever been to, seem kind of secretive about line by line pricing. Just want to give you a total. Especially if insurance is involved. I don't get it."
"Really bad customer service overall. Went to pick up and they didn't make sure the glasses fit right, which I found out is something most places normally do, (I'm new to glasses) just got rushed out the door. Went back today to get them adjusted and I was going to bring that up, but the person who was there could not have cared less that I was having an issue with my glasses. The fact that one customer was there was clearly a bother. I'm normally the type to say something vs doing a review, but it became obvious after about 10 seconds that would have absolutely done zero good and just been a waste of my time. Will go anywhere else, never here again."
"Prices are outrageously high for the quality. A $69 pair of frames had a final cost of over $350. There really wasn’t anything crazy added on. Yet the $189 frames came out to be around $342. That doesn’t math. So I had to “dumb” down my order to plastic lenses, no bifocals, no special coating, one pair only and it was still $236.67. On the customer service side: a new girl was helping me and she was very kind and apologized for taking so long. She was doing her best. However, the one other “front desk” associate was too scatter-brained to juggle her responsibilities and train someone. And my Lord she would not stop talking! Update: my glasses were sitting in their office for 10 days and I never got a phone call. Lowering my rating. Avoid at all cost it’s."
