She was professional and friendly today when I arrived with a very long list of questions about charges, discounts, and credits on our current bill, plus questions about changing our plan. She patiently worked through the issues with me and made sure each one was explained to my satisfaction. I truly appreciated her efforts on my behalf. Hey, Verizon. She's a keeper!!"

"Verizon takes every single opportunity it can to charge you a fee for anything it possibly can. The actual service is okay, but the headache you go through to receiving isn't worth it. You get credits on your account only to see on your bill that the "credit" wasn't added. The differences between the private office and the corporate office are ridiculous. To be honest, I think it's done that way on purpose. They figure if they frustrate the customer enough the customer will stop complaining. Restocking fees, but if you didn't open the box they shipped your phone in or set up the phone...they just open the box and activate it anyway. I'm not a happy new customer."
