Called before they closed they said come back in the morning. I did and they would not give me the sale pricing - wasted my time and money. This place is a scam!!!"

"I got a hamster from them about a year and a half ago, he was the best hamster ever. He passed early this year and I got a hamster from them 12/21. I know they need time to adjust and he was probably stressed (not showing it) but he was not eating or drinking so today 12/23 I took him back because I was worried and didn’t want to wait longer to see if he’d eat or drink. I called first and the lady who answered was rude, saying they only do returns on sick animals (paper does not say that) and when I told her what was happening she said “that’s fine I guess” in a tone like she didn’t want to deal with me. I took him back and it was the assistant manager who did the return. Told her the hamster loved the tank and he seemed happy just wasn’t eating or drinking and she said he would’ve been fine since he was chunky. I’ve had hamsters before and I do my research, if he goes about another 2 days without water he could pass so I hope they keep an eye on him."
