"Awful experience here. Whoever the lady is at the front is so unprofessional. She is rude and in my honest opinion should be fired. She was on a call when I came in, it was a personal call, then pretended to leave a message for a patient. She is not a good pretender. I was patient and waited for her to get off the phone. Then she continued to be so rude. There is no excuse for that. I have worked in clinics and with customers for over 26 years and never would I treat anyone that way. If you want a successful practice, maybe consider a new front desk employee to help turn it around. She is the first impression and gives off the worst. I also believe that the person responding to the comments is her as well. Poor service and unacceptable. Get some real people in there and you may have a chance."
"When I first walked in the door the older lady at the counter was on a personal call. I stood there for seven minutes without acknowledgment. When she finally opens at the window no apology no acknowledgment first and she says do you have ID. When it came time to draw blood she failed on the first arm then reattempt it on my other arm and failing there also so she started to move the needle around in my arm trying to find a vain. She failed again. Again no apology or anything. At the end she told me to sign the paper then I can leave. I had to ask what about the blood she said we’re gonna have to reschedule so now I get to do it all over again."
"So I am not sure who gave the older lady permission to draw, but I left bruised. I can't understand why she went for the b vein, instead of my c vein, when I have a great c vein! Pretty sure she hemolyzed my sample since she had the tourni on way too tight and for more than 1 minute. Don't even think about talking to a manager since none is on site (very suspicious). I'll be warning off my family and friends!"
"I was sent here nearly 3 weeks ago from my doctor to do a simple blood draw for lab work. The place itself seemed very dirty, there was only 1 employee who was both a receptionist and "nurse" if you can call her that. I have big veins, very easy to see and I have always had nurses tell me how simple it was to find my veins. This nurse however dug around and I think she may have hit a nerve. Immediately afterwards I went to the car and was complaining to my wife about how badly my arm hurt. Within about 24 hours a third of my arm turned some form of black, blue, or green. For nearly 10 days I couldn't lift over 10 pounds without being in tremendous pain. To this day, there's still a lot of bruising, I can't twist my arm in one direction, and it hurts to the touch. I am going to make another appointment with a new doctor and have them see how bad the damage is. I tried calling my doctor first to complain and they must get the same news a lot based on the receptionist reaction. I'm guessing they will be hearing more from me or my lawyer."
"I feel like my nerve is punctured after blood was drawn at this place for my company provided insurance. I have persistent pain in the arm since then. The person who drawn the blood poked the needle on my left hand towards very right side where I think is the nerve is damaged. I am not able to twist my left arm fully anti clock wise since then. Also, there was a lot of blood that came out when the needle was removed and it took a while to stop. So, beware if you are undergoing such things here. Never will recommend this place to any one else. Its been more than 3 weeks and I still have the pain. If my pain persist for more than 3 more weeks I am planning to check with a Doctor and if the damage is permanent I would never hesitate to sue them."
