"Our family has been beyond impressed with Action Behavior Centers in Georgetown! Our son just turned four and was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder a little over a year ago. We have been going to ABC for almost four months. Within the first six weeks we had family members notice a positive difference in our son. The director, Alie, does a phenomenal job managing and overseeing this center and is always smiling! It is apparent she loves her job! Brittany was our first friendly contact and she absolutely sold us on what ABC had to offer for our son. We were hesitant at first due to what we thought would be extremely expensive therapy for our son, but we could not be more wrong. Brittany took care of going through our insurance and because therapy is a medical necessity for children with Autism, the cost is minimal or even free. Brittany made the process of getting our son into ABC so quick and easy! From the day we met with her for a tour until our son started his first day was a little over two weeks! Relenne at the front desk is always a ray of sunshine and is so friendly when we drop off and pick-up our son. Her monthly newsletters are filled with fun activities that the children love! Brenda and her staff have been wonderful and have exceeded our expectations with how well they work with our son using positive reinforcement methods. Our son can hardly wait until his one-to-one person happily greets him at the door in the morning. The family guidance meetings with Brenda are so incredibly helpful. She uses specific data to review the individual goals in place for our son and how he is progressing. She is very personable and the conversations we have in our meetings allow us to share how our son is doing at home as well. We are always able to take a valuable piece of her knowledge and apply it in our home setting. Overall, we are so very happy we chose Action Behavior Centers in Georgetown. Their communication with families is amazing. Anytime we call the center, we get an immediate answer. If we send an email during the day, it is answered within a couple of hours. Our son is extremely happy when he arrives and exhausted from all the fun he has when we pick him up. Everyone is smiling and treats our son with genuine kindness and love. "My daughter has been going to Georgetown's ABC center for about 2 months now. Her team of therapist and everyone at the center are definitely patient, kind and loving. They are all very knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. I really love the bi-weekly meetings and the information the give you to help at home with the learning process as well. My child is level 3 and non-verbal, since being at the center she has learned to lead us, spoken a few words and has more eye contact. I am very excited to see her improve the longer she is there. Deciding on a therapy center was one of the hardest decisions but I feel this center was the best decision we could have made. We have great goals in place and are working towards meeting them."

"My daughter was diagnosed with Autism at 22 months old and has been receiving services at ABC for 2.5yrs now! We recently moved to the brand new Georgetown location which is very convenient, safe and modern. I researched multiple ABA Centers and ABC was BY FAR the best. Their behavior plans are very unique, their schedules are extremely accommodating, their centers are squeaky clean and it's all completely FREE! My daughter receives 1 on 1 therapy 5 days a week and is eligible for SPED services at our local ISD but I prefer her at ABC. I love that every therapist treats my daughter like a princess and encourages her to succeed. When we first started, she had very little skills and didn't even answer to her own name. Now, she's socializing, communicating, labeling, sorting, reading, writing, and potty training! Not only does she know her name, but she knows mine and her brothers' too!
