"Lots to say about this group. On one hand, Dr Bozques was great. Attentive and listened. He heard what I had to say, very precise and detailed with his diagnosis. He was thorough and asked for XRays and an MRI. He saw that I was worried and wanted to jump into a solution asap so he recommended therapy (which is inside the building) and I got a jumpstart with that. Unfortunately, Dr Marco was going out of town for a couple of days but told me I was going to be taken care of. So, fast forward to Endeavor Physical Therapy. Matt is amazing. I feel he listened, he paid attention and in a positive way said “we got this” so they made me feel immediately better. Got my MRI results and was asked to consult Dr Delouch. This is where all good things went sour. After explaining to him and his assistant what I was going through, he barely listened and then very negatively said “this is going to take a long time”. I even replied to him sarcastically and said “well, thank you”. He’s not the most caring doctor at least he didn’t show that to me."
