"I called and the receptionist was absolutely the worst human I'd met all year. She had a dreadful attitude and wasn't helpful at all. I'll never step foot in nor recommend this place to ANYONE. What a horriblely unprofessional interaction."
"Doctor Putney is great, but the rest of the staff is rude and highly inconsiderate. Especially the front office staff."
"After multiple years moving around and trying the find the right doc for me ... i have found my PCP in Dr. PUTNEY. He listens without judgment while helping and working to find the right answers."
"What has happened to this family medicine practice since Dr. Elbert David left? We got shoved to use Mitchell Wong and all we can say is "Wow" and not in a good way. We didn't mind Dr.Wong's is recent in his practice. We even tried to stick through his perky comments and inconsiderate bedside manners. And even pressed onward with the multiple wellness visits. It just seems like fundamentally the place has changed a lot. After 10+ years with FMaaR we might have now go find a better PCP because of these inconsistent methods. Why pay for bad treatment?"
"Dr. Putney and Laura are amazing as always. However the front desk and Dr. Wong gave us the complete runaround today. As everyone knows ADHD medication is a struggle to get lately. It’s constantly on back order. My spouse has had ADHD since he was less than 10years old. Without his medication he becomes violently ill and struggles to even function with his job. Most pharmacies will not notify you of their inventory over the phone. You have to physically go in to every pharmacy and inquire if they even have your medication. Most don’t. Today we went to 3 different pharmacies until we finally located it. The original prescription was sent to the first one the day prior with no ETA on the medication and none in stock. We contacted the doctors office at 1:30pm to request a medication transfer and we’re told it was complete. I waited for over an hour at the pharmacy until we called back to confirm it was actually not complete and wouldn’t be until 5pm when Dr. Wong had time. My spouse was then notified after 4pm Dr. Wong was “uncomfortable” transferring his medication due to Putney being out of office. By tomorrow Walgreens will probably no longer have this medication as it is hard to keep on the shelf. We will have to miss work, time with our family and spend hours again driving from pharmacy to pharmacy to locate his medication. The system is flawed. The lack of consideration and empathy from the staff as well as Wong is not what we look for in a medical professional. It appears they didn’t have the time of day for us. Pharmacy’s are struggling, doctors don’t care, patients are having to source their own medication and it’s absolutely absurd to have them running around from pharmacy to pharmacy and having to DEPEND on the doctors to transfer the medications repeatedly due to the lack of inventory, which again cannot be disclosed over the phone. This is an issue. My spouse has spent the last few months missing his medications sometimes over a week due to this issue and the only people who care seem to be Putney & Laura. Pharmacies don’t care, the front office doesn’t care and Dr. Wong doesn’t have the time of day. I honestly feel worried for every person struggling with this illness. How overwhelming it must be to have a lack of support or consideration when it comes to getting medical treatment that is needed."
