"I booked for my regular therapist I’ve been seeing a couple times. Then LifeStance called and told me it was an accident. Proceeded to tell me the wait for her is the end of march. Then they rescheduled me for another guy and tried to check into his video and he wasn’t even under the provider list. So I looked at my appointment in my email and 3 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start it was canceled? Tried to call to see what happened, got put on hold for 15 minutes twice before hanging up. Never got my appointment. Never got any answers. I’m struggling mentally and really need help and this kind of situation doesn't help. Makes me feel like no one really cares. Do yourself a favor if you need therapy. Don’t go through lifestance, your time and money is better spent elsewhere."

"Don't come here unless you want to worsen your mental health and waste your time and money. This place will do absolutely nothing to help you. My therapist was a judgemental and condescending woman with an unsettling personality. She would constantly talk over me and make me feel uncomfortable while having an annoyed bored expression. During the initial consultation, she did not hesitate to show her disgusted facial expression when I discussed my reasons for doing therapy. I should have went to a different therapist but I tried to have an open mind and heart to give her multiple chances to build trust and establish a good relationship with her. After a few appointments, nothing improved and I feel more depressed and anxious than I did before these appointments. All this place has brought me is more debt, stress, trauma, and lack of trust and hate in the human race. Stay away."
