"This was my go to pharmacy for years unfortunately this is no longer the case they are always out of common medicines and rarely answer the phone if you are calling to check on a prescription, again I loved the convenience of the drive through but sadly your better off going into Walmart. I hope it gets better definitely has the potential just needs more staff. And learn how to charge correctly when a customer has two insurances. I don’t blame the staff they just need better training."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Not helpful, still waiting 3 hours for a prescription to get filled. All rude staff except one lady. I was told the pharmacy tech was too busy giving flu shots to call my doctor after 3 hours of waiting. Terrible customer service."

"I went to get my prescription after visiting the dr for refills. I waited 2 hours since I live 22 miles from there and can’t make a second trip. I went and I was told the computer was down so there was nothing they could do. I am working in uvalde and left the following day as soon as I could. I was going to be 5 minutes late so I called and ask if someone could wait for 5 minutes. I was told that they would not, I told them I had already been there to pick them up and I could not because the lines were down, they told me is wasn’t their fault and they would not wait. I’ve been without my meds for 2 days. I moved to this pharmacy because of the extra mile they would do for their clients. With the new staff members this seems to have changed."

My personal experience as an HEB Pharmacy customer is they truly go above and beyond to ensure that you feel welcome, and the staff is always knowledged should you have any questions or concerns regarding your meds.
