"My son has been seeing Dr. Karnik since he was 18 mos.. and now he is 16!. Dr. Karnik has always been so wonderful. One cannot fined a more pedigreed doctor, but his heart and passion are game changers. We have checked in over the years, but this summer my son decided he was ready to try medication. He is in high school and has always had the best smile, grades and friends. We were able to manage his ADHD as a family until we were not. Dr. Karnik talked with my son, for quite a while and was so warm, kind, and curious. Together they came up with a plan. My son tried it and they made some dosing decisions. Within just a few weeks my son was happier, enjoying school even more, and sleeping. He is over the moon. He said "I was in between gears and now everything is so clear! I did not know I could be so happy and well rested." Dr. Karnik is a national treasure and we are so lucky he lives in our town..So many people travel for this amazingly gifted man."

"Office will lie to you about having to use their preferred equipment supplier for insurance reasons and refuse to send your prescription anywhere else. I contacted my insurance and this is completely false. Dr. York and her staff are also very condescending."

"This is a review for the Texas neurology center. Dr. York, specializes in sleep studies and sleep apnea and other neurological problems. I came here on the recommendation of a very close friend. 2 1/2 years ago Dr. York discovered that I had extreme sleep apnea. I did a sleep study at home, and also sleep study in the clinic, and Dr. York and her staff of respiratory therapists, and sleep specialist, were all very helpful. I do utilize their system of replacing sleep machine parts, and also of having an annual check up. I found that it's to my advantage to have an annual check up, Dr. York is very skilled, and able to collaborate well with other doctors. I can talk about the overnight experience here as well. The overnight experience included coming late in the evening, and getting comfortable with the routine, and sleeping in a pretty comfortable bed, after trying on several different sleep apnea face masks. There was a sleep specialist present at all times, and she was very professional and fast. There was also one other patient, but I never saw the person. In the morning, I left quite early, read for coffee and a breakfast. I know that there were snacks in the kitchen, but after sleeping at a place all night that you are unfamiliar with, you just want to go home and relax."

"Absolutely life changing. Dr. York is compassionate and truly cares about her patients. It's so refreshing to feel like you are more than just a business transaction. Most importantly, Dr. York invests in the best technicians. Working with Rachel felt like finding a long lost sister or just hanging with your best friend; even when covered in science fair wires and nodes, and in your most vulnerable of states. Cut to drooling and snoring, no make up, and bed hair. As someone who suffers from nearly crippling anxiety, I don't even know how she was able to break through my nerves and allow me to be completely comfortable while absolutely out of my element. If you are tired, exhausted, unable to lose weight, irritable and not sure why, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Texas Neurology Center."

"I received quality care here. The staff goes to great lengths to make you feel comfortable during the sleep studies, and the rooms themselves are pleasant enough, under the circumstances. There's a TV, a good bed and AC. Dr. York is thorough, efficient and reassuring. My one complaint is that this office is not very good at returning phone calls promptly. It will usually take a day to receive a reply, even if you call early in the morning. Rarely does anyone answer on the first try. I don't know if this is because of under-staffing or excessive case loads, but it can be frustrating, especially if you have a problem that can't wait. Nevertheless I recommend this clinic."
