"I waited for more than 30 mins past my appointment time to see the doctor. I probably saw him only for like a minute. I asked what caused my skin condition, he said “bad luck”. It’s not professional to say that to a patient. Imagine if it were someone else and that specific skin condition affects his or her self-esteem. No bedside manner. And he printed my after visit summary then proceeded to drop it on the table in front of me. If I could rate 0 stars, I would."

"Dr. Rasmussen is beyond impressive. He exceeds all doctor experiences I’ve personally encountered with his bedside manner, and intelligence on all things dermatology. His intelligence and patience in explaining his diagnosis & treatment options are impressive and sincerely appreciated. I am someone that asks a lot of questions and enjoy understanding the root of the cause etc and he takes the time to walk me through everything. You can expect quick turnaround times when it comes to sending messages through their portal system, thorough call backs when you’re waiting on results, and a friendly supporting staff. I’ve seen him for coming up on 8 years now and he’s gone above and beyond for me throughout the years. Even in times where I’ve lost health insurance, he’s figured out a way to take care of me as he always puts the health of his patients first. I have also worked with Marci throughout the duration of seeing Dr Rasmussen, and she’s not only personable, but carries the same important and admirable characteristics that Dr Rasmussen carries. I’ve seen her for laser treatments, facials, etc. Genuinely, it’s because of those two that I’ll forever remain a loyal patient and continue highly recommending seeing them. Words alone simply can’t grasp the gratitude I have for the both of them."

"I've been seeing Dr. Rassmussen for over 15 years. His bedside manner is amazing and he is just overall a very great person. He has a great staff that has been with him for the whole time I have been a patient. (Which says a lot) I recently lost my health insurance and he worked out a great price to help me with my visits cost. "Dr. Rasmussen was recommended by a friend of mine. I'd been to two other Dermatologists this past year for a few minor issues. The first one was OK, but I'd waited 29 minutes on hold before I was able to get a person to make an appointment. When I called the next day about a follow-up issue, I was on hold 10 minutes before I hung up and just drove over and demanded to see the doctor (they let me in to see herabout 15 minutes later). I never went back. The second one I went to see a few months later wanted to charge an additional $50 for removing a small spot. Each additional spot was only $15 extra and of course this wasn't covered by insurance. I didn't bother getting the small spots removed and never went back. It took a while to get an appointment with Dr. Rasmussen but it was worth the wait. The first thing he did was apologize for being a few minutes late. He did a thorough exam and prescribed a few items that I'll be using. He also took enough time to discuss the issues I went to see him about. I love the fact that he gave me his own extension as well as a direct line to the scheduling department. He also has a secure portal, which is my favorite (and easiest) way to to contact the doctor directly. I'm very pleased and will be using him as my Dermatologist from now on."
