"After Dr. Sanders provided me with a free consultation, we were supposed to connect for a telemedicine follow up. I was given an 8 hour window of when he would call me back so naturally I missed the call. He left me a voicemail and then billed me for $329 (insurance covered most of it). I contested the bill saying I never had a meeting w the doctor. I then received a call from Dr. Sanders himself calling me petty for contesting the charge and telling me to seek treatment elsewhere. I wouldn’t waste your time here."

"READ MY STORY!! DR. SANDERS SAVED MY LIFE I sustained a vertebral body fracture in a boating accident and was in terrible pain. I went to an urgent care and they did an XRAY that showed “loss of vertebral body height, correlate clinically”. The Nurse Practitioner on duty told me I was fine and would feel better in a few days. She also told me to follow up with my primary care. The pain did not budge and I am sure I would have been lost in the system if Dr. Sanders had not been consulted by my daughter. He listened to my story and immediately knew the diagnosis. He reviewed my XRAYS and ordered an MRI. The MRI confirmed his suspicion of a vertebral body fracture. Dr. Sanders immediately scheduled me for a kyphoplasty under just twilight anesthesia. He got me in quickly since I was in so much pain. The procedure was sooooo easy!! I would say a dental appointment is more uncomfortable. What is more, I woke up completely pain free and my recovery was nothing short of a miracle. "Dr sanders was great. His staff on the other hand were horrible. They never returned phone calls when you leave messages to please call back, did not call in a referral and actually had to call the staff back twice and finally got the referral doctors name and made my own appointment. This was after two weeks. Also MRI results did not get told to me until I made appt to come in for pain relief almost 2 weeks out. Dr Sanders is great but seriously his staff is unpleasant, non reliable, and unresponsive"

He has gone through severe pain in the past and understands what his patients are feeling. He not only takes care of his patients, but he also believes in a solution-focused technique which is very uplifting when you are struggling.
