"At least 50 people in line and only 2 cashiers. There's no way they're paying the cashiers enough for that. Not worth it. I don't have 30 minutes or more to wait in line."

"Great selection, had more than enough options to find what you need or want. The waiting in line wasn't bad at all. Pretty standard waiting time. There are stalls for you to try the clothes before you buy. I did notice that there was alot of the little devices used for anti theft laying around, including inside some of the clothes pockets. My only advice would be to check the pockets of the pants, coats and jackets before buying or trying them out because people who have stolen will put those anti theft devices in them and you don't want them thinking it's you. Besides that it was a good experience"

"This is my first time calling the store and the worker went above and beyond and was so nice and so helpful trying to help me find a certain product. I’ve called almost every Burlington within my area and haven’t had the best experiences with them. With this Burlington I did. Thank you Stevie Slax I appreciate you, your kindness and for being so nice and helpful and giving me great information and tips to helping me find the product I am looking for! Definitely recommend calling this store they are a great store with great customer service. Also they were really nice and helpful . They are the first store to not give me attitude like other stores."

"My exercise here is always good. I wonder if Mike still runs the show but I love their wear and quality this place has came a long way always clean great staff great prices, just grabbed my daughters a few coats getting ready for winter. Plenty of parking space located near other stores and easily accessible. You can shop here with your family. All this place really needs is a good security guard in the front over all great place"

"It is currently a Sunday, the time is 4:28pm. The line is atrocious I am towards the far back where the men’s section is. This is a ways away from the register. I don’t care to know the reason as to why the customer service representatives aren’t available. Or that there may be staffing issues; that is NOT THE CUSTOMER’S CONCERN! Who is in charge of this location? The reps are probably over worked and under-paid! It’ apparent that because of the demographics, they don’t care about gaining profits but not rapport with customers who spend their money here. There is no way, anyone should be waiting in like for 1 45 minutes to check out! This store needs to close if they don’t have the staffing."
