You texted me, and I answered each one that I would be there. I. get there, and the lab said they had no orders. Talking about being passed, I was!! They made all these excuses,"

"After numerous cancellations on my grandpas behalf, two of which with zero notice, by far the WORST practice there is. Understanding the demand in healthcare workers is great, but the demand in HEALTH CARE is even greater when an alertly patient above the age of 70 is unable to receive medication but yet paying CHUNKS of money for non-existent help. Office doesn’t answer calls. Patient has been without medication and is now in a critical condition because Dr. Juan Ramirez has been neglectful and possibly made a mistake. If I were you and if you are taking care of a loved one I would highly advise you to seek healthcare from ARC or Seton. If your office is going to be closed or you were going to be away you need to give notice or at least have an on-call practitioner. I can continue to go on about the awful experience we are having but I think this should bring light to whoever is looking for a practice or family medicine Dr."
