She was also really professional and just a nice person to talk to. I left feeling pretty happy about the whole thing. The folks at the front desk were also super welcoming and friendly, which made my visit even better. Definitely recommend checking them out if you need their services!"

"Had great service in 2019,2020,2021 but then I got a new technician from Washington state and I received a replacement and it was extremely tight but I was told that wear it and I did for 3 months and had too much discomfort I had to get another. When it came in the same technician had to fill the gaps with tape and install a cushion in the bottom and I’ve got 4 before these and walked out for about 6 months no complaints. I’m not going back until the technician is replaced!"

"Brought my son for the first time today and I was completely blown away by the staff and their concern and care towards him. For three years now I have fought and fought to be heard and seen for my sons Leg Length Discrepancy issues but was always told everything was fine. And right from the jump they knew it was something more and truly took the time to watch my son and evaluate everything while I was there only for them to tell me he did need more and there is some things there that are of concern. By the time I left I was in tears thanking both Kensley and Jasmine for finally validating what I knew all along and as a mother I couldn’t be more grateful. Such kind, wonderful people and I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you so much again and I’m looking so forward to finally getting what my baby needs!"

"Fellow Veterans if you need any medical device to help you out, and have an approval from the VA already, don't go to this place, they have no clue, they will fit you for the device and tell you ounce we receive approval "Which they have" we will give it to you. I couldn't believe they would fit the item for my back and than say, nope you can't have it. The lady who handles the insurance had no clue, called her supervisor still lost. Thanks for wasting my time and a hour drive each way!"

"The staff are friendly and act concerned. The Orthotist has been super helpful in trying to get me fitted with an AFO and orthotics for flat feet. Helped educate me about what size shoes I needed and that has made a lot of difference."
