"I am so disappointed. Berkeleys alway have people waiting for hours. My mom was schedule for surgery for 1:00pm. She was not call in until 3:04pm. I sat and waited in the waiting room for another 2 hours. We in total we wait for over 4 hours for my mom to finish a simple procedure."
"Today, I had another amazing experience with Dr. Kruger and his staff! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by all 4 ladies, in the reception area. It was great walking in to a facility and being welcomed. After politely chatting with the ladies as I was checked in, I had a seat in the very clean waiting room. There wasn't much of a wait before I was called back to be seen by the first of two optical techs. The polite young lady that took me back, first cleaned the machines in front of me, prior to the first part of my exam. After she finished, she took me to the second tech that was also very polite and seemed to be very intelligent too. After the nice young man finished with me, he then brought me to see the doctor, where as it did in the past, went very smoothly. The doctor is very well mannered and got to the point. He made sure that he answered any questions that I had and filled me in with all of the needed information about my visit. To sum it up, I would highly recommend this eye center! It was extremely clean and they treat their patients very well. Thanks again!"
"Dr. Choudhary performed my procedure. She was there for us right from the start. Helping with insurance requirements, performing the surgery, and the follow-up care. Couldn't have had a more capable physician looking after me. Extremely happy and would highly recommend her services to anyone needing any eye related procedures."
