Dr. Cho listens when I tell him my concerns, he makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed, and has always exceeded my expectations with the procedures I've had. He offers suggestions and takes a great deal of time in explaining everything and answering my questions. Dr. Cho has always provided the best care, the best advice and the best treatments for every issue. I always leave there feeling very confident in the care I received. Whenever I've called the office, I have mostly spoken with Lauren who is absolutely wonderful as is the rest of the staff and I've always gotten a call back the very same day. They treat me as if I'm their only patient and go above and beyond every time. Dr. Cho is a perfectionist and I'm so happy with the results. From the beginning consultations, to the day of surgery and post-op, I wouldn't change anything about my entire experience. To say THANK YOU is not nearly enough."

This place in the Woodlands has great ambience and the same friendly professional care. No wait time. I'm always taken in right away. I love how Dr. Chiang and her staff take their time with me to address my concerns. I never feel rushed or pressured. This is such a great place and I'm so happy with my results and products. I love Dr. Chiang!"

"Is there a less than 1 star ? I went to this place based on all the 5 star reviews. The consultation was followed immediately by injections into my chin to increase the definition as it's gotten flat. I have had numerous cosmetic procedures in the past so I do know the difference between good and bad. First , I have never had so much pain in my life. I was heading on vacation a few days later and they ( Dr and assistant ) assured me that it should be minimal bruising . Without exaggeration, my face from my mouth down and completely over my chin were covered with dark purple bruises which were present for over 3 weeks . The pain was intense, the visual was horrific. For this I paid $4000 dollars . When I went back for my follow up , I waited over an hour and 1/2 in the exam room until I finally got up to leave. The assistant said " oh, are you ready ? Huh ? Once it finally healed , there is absolutely no improvement. My review is they are unprofessional , have a huge disregard for us "common folks" time , minimal if any results and way too expensive. I had to quit thinking about how much I paid because it makes me ill . I would NEVER go back ."

"When you enter the clinic the atmosphere is very warm and friendly and the staff are very welcoming. Dr. Chiang was polite, soft hearted and very concerned about my skin problem. She gave me good advice and spent a good amount of time discussing everything needed for my health. The assistants also made us some delicious coffee exactly what we needed in the morning! I highly recommend the clinic the services are excellent!"
